As a parent, do you see your child struggling in school to maintain focus?   Does it seem to take your child longer than others to complete homework?   Are there frequent arguments about completing homework?  And even if homework is complete, does your child often forget to turn it in?   Do you see your child struggling with impulse control, interrupting others, having a hard time sitting still for any length of time?

Does your child struggle academically or are their grades falling below the rest of the class?  Does your child’s teacher voice concerns about how your child is behaving in the classroom or about their academic performance?

As an adult, do you often rush through work or daily activities and make careless mistakes because you rushed through?   Do you have a hard time paying attention when reading, watching TV, or watching movies?  In conversation with others, do you lose track of the conversation and ask people to repeat themselves or zone out when others are talking?  Do you ever read email or books and realize you have no idea what you just read?  Are you someone who is great at starting projects, but not completing them?  Do you lose things often?  Have a hard time with organization?  Are you a fidgeter, tap your fingers, play with a pen, or squirm a lot?  Do you have a hard time relaxing?

If you can relate to any of these symptoms, Dr. Fischer can help.

Dr. Fischer works with adults, adolescents, and children, conducting psychological assessments to diagnosis mental health disorders, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, academic evaluations, and other assessments.
